Exciting Job Opportunity
JG Capital, LLC is seeking to hire a Commercial Loan Officer for its Commercial Mortgage Group. Candidates should have a strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate finance and/or real estate investments. The position available is full-time and is an excellent foundation to start and continue a career in the real estate industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Originate loans for the brokerage business as well as the Private Money Lending departments
Researching properties
Market assets to potential lenders
Analyze and negotiate financing structures
Participate in all aspects of loan closing including negotiating documents, and terms
Analyze potential Private Money Investments
Assist in financial analysis
Networking with bankers, lawyers, appraisers, and other real estate professionals.
The candidate should have graduated from a four-year college. A major or minor in Business, Real Estate or Economics is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate should have some relevant work experience and strong computer skills particularly in Excel, Microsoft Word, & Outlook.
